Jason Attends Newhaven Battle Of Britain Commemoration

Jason Sugarman Conservative Parliamentary candidate for the Lewes area which includes Newhaven attended the Battle of Britain Commemoration held at Newhaven Fort on Sunday 13th September. The event was a day of 1940’s nostalgia and remembrance, with a performance from the Seaford Silver Band and displays of military vehicles on the Fort’s grand parade.Jason said `It was an honour to attend the Newhaven Battle of Britain commemoration and support all the servicemen and women who have fought for our country in the past and for those who are still fighting in Iraq and Afghanistan’.
