Meet Jason

Jason Sugarman is the Conservative Party’s Prospective Parliamentary Candidate for the Lewes constituency, which includes Lewes, Newhaven, Polegate, Seaford and Wivelsfield.

Jason was the councillor for Wivelsfield on Lewes District Council for eight years. During his time as a councillor he built a formidable reputation as a campaigner for local people. Successes included stopping a Lib Dem scheme to build 300 new houses on a greenfield site in Wivelsfield.

Jason’s priorities include helping people achieve their potential, reducing crime and getting pensioners get a fair deal on taxes and pensions. He sees the role of an MP as getting real results for local people.
